The spam filter says "existing session found". Can you try again with a clean browser session? Just so we know if it that was the problem.
If if does not work, let me know and I'll add the ticket.

These spam problem is another reason why we need to have a new issue tracker ASAP. Unfortunately, we cannot just switch the spam filter off. Even with the filter, we get dozens of spam entries every month.
