It's something I hadn't thought about, personally. We have until March 11 to have an application in. I'm going to set my own personal deadline of March 7, 2011. That also allows for some leeway in case something happens to delay the application. Guess this means I'm adding "Get the application, and learn what needs to be done" to my "things to do this week" list :)
