I have a python3 tg2 application that run nicely on standalone mode. I'm
french, so there are some utf-8 chars in the .ini file
Everything is fine when running the application in standalone mode with
gearbox.
I'm now trying to deploy using mod_wsgi and get an unicode error. Here is
the problem:

UnicodeDecodeError: 'ascii' codec can't decode byte 0xc3 in position 952:
ordinal not in range(128)
Is there a way to put utf-8 cahrs in the .ini file ? I do not find anything
about this ; my files are utf-8 encoded...
