I can't get -otp to work with the latest pre-release. After starting
vncserver -otp, a one time password is generated, but the server does not
accept it. Instead I get an "Authentication failed" message. If I set
permitted-auth-methods to otp only, then I get a different message: "The
one-time password has not been set on the server."
