The issue was introduced when I upgraded the X server to X.org 7.7 in
TurboVNC 2.0.  Remote cursor rendering was traditionally accomplished in
TightVNC using sprites, but that doesn't work very well with the newer
X.org code, so I'm in the process of overhauling/simplifying the remote
cursor rendering implementation.  The fix will be in the final TurboVNC
2.1 release, which I expect to land in July.
