Kevin, Welcome!

To get started, you'll need to build the SCA runtime, the samples and our
acceptance test suite (which is a good starting point because it automates
the configuration of Tomcat, deploys the SCA samples to it and runs them).

I just got our build working again and posted the detailed steps to build to
the dev list. Here's a link to that email in the mail archive:
