Michael John Edwards commented on TUSCANY-83: --------------------------------------------- There are a series of issues outstanding against the SCA Assembly specification to add almost all of the concepts currently only defined in the Java Client and Implementation specification into the Assembly specification and to create associated syntax to describe them. This includes Scopes, as described in this issue. I anticipate that there will be a concrete description of many of these concepts agreed by the SCA specification collaboration within about a month. (ie by early April). > JavaScript components don't support init/destroy/scope > ------------------------------------------------------ > > Key: TUSCANY-83 > URL: http://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/TUSCANY-83 > Project: Tuscany > Type: Bug > Components: Java SCA JavaScript Container > Reporter: ant elder > Priority: Minor > > You can't use init, destroy or scope with JavaScript components as currently > the .componetType schema doesn't support these so there's no way of > specifying them.
