Trying to setup Tuscany/TomcatIntegration as per
http://wiki.apache.org/ws/Tuscany/TomcatIntegration
Steps says to copy bunch of jars into ${catalina.base}/server/lib directory.
One of the file
in this list is ws-policy-SNAPSHOT.jar
There is no file with the name ws-policy-SNAPSHOT.jar in the repository. Corect
file name for WS-Policy is
policy-0.92-snapshot.jar
