The EMF maven repo has started returning 200 (http success) for resources that are not present. This messes up our build as the local cache gets corrupted with text files saying that something can't be found.
I had to comment out all the references to this repo in order to get a fresh build to work; I happened to have all the EMF jars somewhere I could install them in the cache. Can someone please contact the folks who manage download.eclipse.org and get them to return 404 for things that aren't there. -- Jeremy
