Rick Rineholt resolved TUSCANY-345:
-----------------------------------

    Resolution: Fixed

I added some of the supplied patchs.
The jpgs and having two seperatet build instructions for windows and linux
users seems way too heavy weight to maintain in the long run. What about OS/X
developers ? This all seems too out of the norm from what I've seen of most
projectes in Apache too.
I added two script templates users can download and edit to setup their
enviroment.
I'm sure we can add some more wording where needed and I'm open to suggestions
but I really like to stick to one common page and no pictures. That's my 2
cents.

> There are several different sets of build instructions, e, g,
> Website - SCA Installation instructions
> sampleSetup.htm
> java/BUILDING.txt,
> testing/tomcat/readme
> new wiki "Get Tuscany" pages.
> Personally I prefer the format of the last one for users. Should also remove
> the svn stuff for the binary release though.
