I am still seeing the same problem with r484648.    I would expect that the 
exception would be thrown prior to the method being dispatched on the service 
impl.  If the client does not implement the callback interface then it must 
specify a callback via the setCallback() API. If it doesn't do this then there 
would be no callback registered thus the exception.    Am I misundersatnding 
the spec here?  Thank You
