tuscany-1048-paramatizedTests1.zip is a replacement not an overlay for
java/cts/sdo21. It is intended for general review of layout purposes and does
not include an implementation of TestHelper which is necessary to execute the
test cases.
tuscanyHelper includes an implementation of TestHelper and replaces
CTSGeneralSuite.java and CTSParamatizedSuite.java so that test caes that
require static SDO are not executed. I have not included the static SDO as
this topic complicates matters and should be discussed seperately.
