SDO API project has inappropriate groupId and artifact name

A point has come up on the discussion of the SDO Java release candidate that
the groupid of the tuscany sdo-api maven project should be
org.apache.tuscany.sdo and the jar should have a tuscany-prefix. I think this
is the right thing to do, and I'm going to make the change in the
1.0-incubating branch.
I'll need to make the equivalent change in the trunk some time soon, which
will either break builds that have a dependency on the SDO API in the trunk (if
there's no local maven repo caching the old commonj groupid version of the
project) or it will cause them not to see updates to the SDO trunk. This
requires a bit of coordination. Perhaps people familiar with thos projects
gould point me to the dependencies, or better still create patches for their
poms and attach them here, so that I the updates can be made in one commit.
