The schemas are presented in that spec, but they have the 4 digit line
numbers present, and its very error-prone to copy paste them and then
have to remove the line numbers. Then, there's the issue of the errata

ations It would be nice if the osoa website had them available for
download.
I tried looking through the TuscanyJava code, but didn't see that they
are using the schemas, maybe I missed them.

The Tuscany Java project does not ship the schemas at the moment.
