The Eclipse SOA Tools Project is building a graphical editor for SCA
composites. You can find the project here:

In addition to the graphical composition editor, there is a range of SCA
and SOA related tooling available in this tools project.
Of course, there are also commercial tools produced by some vendors, of
which the IBM WebSphere Integration Developer (WID) tool is an example:

...the commercial tools are big on graphical editors, but as you might
expect for such productive tools, they come at a significant price!
