Fuhwei's patch broke some of the CTS tests which I also fixed against this
JIRA. The tests were not expecting a DocumentRoot Type to be included in the
list returned from XSDHelper.define(). Those tests should not have been making
any assumptions about DocumentRoot anyway, since it's implentation dependent.
