Components: Java SCA Misc Binding Extensions

Hi, every one, with special repect to Amita.

This issue addresses SCA1.0's global transaction.

I would first mention something seems not related.

It is binding-jms. Since we will provide a transaction of 2PC, in a distributed
env, only soap over jms could be enlisted in a global transaction.

Jms provided by objectweb's joram, is more integrated with JOTM's transaction
framework. Where as ActiveMQ's transaction is more compatible with spring. And
joram's XA is clearer.

If my suggest is of some of your interest, I will keep on contribute code of it.
