As a start you could read the doc on writing Geronimo console extensions [1] and there's a README on using tuscany in geronimo at [2] so you could install all the tuscany and geronimo code and try to get it all working to get some idea of whats required. There's a few others on the tuscany mailing lists interested in Tuscany Geronimo integration so hopefully they'll add any comments and I'll try to get some Geronimo people to give some tips.
