I've moved catalog-ejb from tutorial/jee-services to tutorial and renamed
catalog-jee to catalog-mediation as it's basically just mediating between the
Catalog service interface used in the store and the CatalogEJB service
interface to the CatalogEJB session bean.
I've also added these two modules as SCA contributions to the domain.
The Catalog EJB has been tested on Geronimo 2.1.
The Store-supplier has a new reference wire pointing to the Catalog mediation
(commented out left for the user of the tutorial to uncomment after having
deployed the Catalog EJB to geronimo and started the Catalog mediation).
