Vamsi,
While the archives of all OASIS technical committee mail lists are
public, subscription to the mail lists is not (I don't know why this is so).
So to get a subscription to a mail list, you need to join the TC (you
can do this purely as an Observer), which is described here:
http://www.oasis-open.org/committees/join.php?wg_abbrev=sca-j
Once you join the TC you are automatically subscribed to its mailing list.
