I fixed TUSCANY-2150 in both 1.2 branch and trunk. I had to work around an
Axis2 issue too (https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/AXIS2-3685).

I was working on TUSCANY-2166, and just fixed it.
Any help with TUSCANY-2146 and 2150 will be appreciated, and unless it's
a problem in my build environment TUSCANY-2168 looks like a blocker as
well.
