Incorrect dependencies in tutorial not reported by admin

The tutorial/assets module currently has incorrect dependency imports. These
dependency errors are not correctly reported by the domain admin.
The fix is very minor and risk free:
- remove the incorrect imports from
tutorial/assets/META-INF/sca-contribution.xml
- display dependency problems on the admin contributions page (the logic was
all there to get the list of problems but they were just not displayed)
I'll try to get the fix in the 1.2 release as it's really useful to see
contribution dependency errors.
