Recursive Target directories are created in tutorial sub modules

Fix For: Java-SCA-Next
The first time I run "mvn" in tutorial/domain, the target directory gets
created.
The second time I execute "mvn" a new target directory gets created within
target/classes.
For each subsequent execution of "mvn" a new target directory gets created in
the deepest classes directory.
I have detected the same behavior in some other modules of tutorial as well
(e.g., assets and store-merger). Therefore, I guess all the tutorial modules
have the same bug.
