I modified a working test to initialize a property from the component type file
rather than the .composite and the test now fails.
org.apache.tuscany.sca.vtest.assembly.ctypefile.CompomnentTypeFileTestCase.typeFile3()
demonstrates this problem and has been @Ignore(d)
