I'm not sure which message you mean, but assuming its the one you get when you start a new thread on tutor then I guess thats a question for the list admin team. It sounds emminently sensible to send a welcome message with some kind of set of intro links in it. Its so long sice I joined I can't recall what happened!! Danny?
