The tutor you are using is fairly specialised. What are you trying to learn? Python or math in Python? To learn Python use one of the other tutorials that focus on Pyhon itself - if you can already program use the official tutor on the web site(or download it) If you can't already program use one of the tutors on the Beginners page that Danny pointed you towards. If OTOH you can grok Python and want to do math in it then the tutor you have is fine. So what is it you don't understand? The math, otr the Python?
