[Tutor] how to extract text by specifying an element using ElementTree

Hi, 

using ElementTree, how can I extract text of a
particular element, or a child node. 

For example:

<biological_processess>
   <biological_process>
           Signal transduction
   </biological_process>
   <biological_process>
