[Tutor] idle and version

in my computer, there are python 2.3 and 2.4
Every time I right click a python code and select "edit with IDLE", it
goes to python2.4; I am very curious why it does not got to python 2.3
because I set python 23 in my PYTHONPATH in the My Computer -
Properties - Advanced - Environment Variables.
