One line's sufficient:

sed -e 's/ImagePathReplaceMe/NewPathToImage/g;s/TitleReplaceMe/NewTitle/g'
raw.html > new.html

d = open("raw.html").read()
d.replace("ImagePathReplaceMe", "NewPathToImage")
d.replace("TitleReplaceMe", "TitleReplaceMe")
x = open("new.html", "w")
x.write(d)
x.close()

Untested.
