I don't get this on my Win7 machine. But anyway, the sound is probably the same sound you get if you type CTRL-G at a command prompt in a DOS box, in which case it isn't one of the sounds you set in Control Panel. You can disable it using Device Manager. It's called 'System Speaker' and it's under 'System devices'.
