This mailing list is really for people learning Python and its standard library. Your question is mainly about xmpp which I assume is some kind of Google API? Whether you get an answer will depend on how lucky you are as to whether anyone here has used xmpp.
You will likely get a better response on an xmpp forum or even on the main Python mailing list/newsgroup: comp.lang.python
