Hi I'm trying to install pyqt5.2 for Windows Vista (Python3.3). 1st i need to install sip but i run into this issue.
after ./configure, a MAKEFILE is created. I'm supposed to do 'make' and 'make install', but i get this cmd error: C:\path>make 'make' is not recognized as an internal or external command, operable program or batch file.
