I assume you mean Python 3.6? And my first question is why? Do you have some specific features in 3.6 that you need? Otherwise just go with the latest version in your package manager which will probably be 3.4 or 3.5. Both are stable releases and as a newbie should have more than enough to keep you busy until packages appear for 3.6.
