Yes I remember you talked about it (forum or IRC) and your solution seems
good. I thought about this a couple of months ago, I wanted to do that for
my presentation at fosdem but just got the time to prepare my talk,
nothing more. I wanted to find a way to generate keys events (keys from
the keyboard) so Tux could use pgdn/pgup to go forward/backward in the
slides. If that's possible, that would be an easy way to control a few
stuff.
That's the application I like the most, it can really be impressive if it
works. And if you have some hard to remember sentences, just let tux say
them for you, just interact a bit with him :-)
If you want to start on this, you may add a link under the widget name and
create a new page dedicated to that only, as that's worth a page on it's
own. Feel free to change the description too if you want to improve it.
