I propose a new Tux application: the Baby Simulator, for training
future fathers. It would cry, require strokes on the wings and patting
on the head at random hours, preferably in the middle of the night.

Agreed. The config file should have a list of IPs/hostnames allowed to
connect to Tux.

And we could even use avahi to publish the existence of Tuxes (very
easy) and have tuxgi discover them automatically on the local network.
