Well, we never really went anywhere ;-) The problem was (and we haven't really broadcast this anywhere) our dev box was compromised and someone was using it to distribute warez via an IRC bot. We took it off the network to rebuild it, but then we ran into a Solaris quirk (Sun dynamical compiles their shells linked with libcurses! So upgrading libcurses b0rks the shells and prevents you from logging in!) which delayed us another couple weeks.
