The Peacock had intended to debut the new Ryan Seacrest-produced dating reality comp on Oct. 29 (instead of the originally-announced airings of "Deal or No Deal" at 9 p.m.), but has moved it back to Nov. 12 to give more time for promotion (and dodge the election):
http://www.tvweek.com/news/2008/10/nbc_delays_mommas_boys_premier.php "Deal" was already scheduled to air on Oct. 22 and will air in the time slot for the two extra weeks. "Momma's" was supposed to air during the summer--why NBC is starting this up during November sweeps is beyond me. --~--~---------~--~----~------------~-------~--~----~ Like TV only smarter.
