I bought the third season of Saturday Night Live over the weekend. I have already watched five or six episodes and the series really hit its stride by this point. Madeline Kahn, whom I usually adore, was probably the weakest host so far, but the ratio of funny to unfunny sketches would have to be 9:1, as opposed to the last 15 years where the ratio is something like 1:25, or the first two seasons where the ratio was closer to 5:1. -- Kevin M.
