Most of the broadcast examples I can think of are from NYPD Blue (Charlotte Ross and Jacqueline Obradors... hurray for them), but there have been more than a few "sideboob" shots and near miss nudity on other shows. Marlee Matlin's shower scene in "Reasonable Doubts" made me smile. Class act that I am while discussing female nudity on TV, I would rather see artistically done near-nudity than nudity for the sake of showing someone naked.
