As the troubled satellite radio service is threatening filing bankruptcy to escape the clutches of DirecTV's satellite TV competitor Echostar (Dish Network)--Sirius XM provides programming to both services, branded as XM on DirecTV and Sirius on Dish (but with the recent programming realignments, pretty much the same):
