Does Windows Vista, especially in situations where multiple user
profiles are installed on a given machine, provide a simple means for
determining and reporting the length of time each user is logged in
daily?

Mother and Father Jersey would like to have some kind of tangible
accounting, something that can be at the very least printed out and
would be readable by anyone with at least half of a brain.

I don't want / need additional software running just to keep track of
this, if it is already part of the operating system.
