A) Not Lorenzo Music B) Not an actual cat C) Not Bill Murray D) I would assume Frank Welker, who's been voicing the character in a series of straight to DVD adventures the last couple years. (Garfield Gets Real, Garfield's Fun Fest, and Garfield's Pet Force all with computer generated animation, as with what appears in the available clips of TGS.
