Amusingly it's adjacent to the state Chinese English language channel.

Actually we get a reasonably decent selection of channels should you
be interested:

Sky News
Bloomberg
BBC News
BBC Parliament
CNBC Europe
CNN International
EuroNews
Fox News
CCTV (Chinese)
NDTV (Indian)
Russia Today
France 24
Al Jazeera English
Press TV (Iranian)
NHK World (Japanese)

All of these are in English. They may or may not be especially
editorial independent of their respective states. But it does mean we
get a fairly rounded view of the world.

Aside from this there are foreign language news bulletins in German,
French, Spanish and various Asian languages. The latter were good
during the Mumbai bombings for example.
