Seconded. I don't really see what the big deal is. Yes, she's wearing a tanktop. I presume she's lying down (given the angle of the shot, the background, and the fact that...well, I'm pretty sure her cleavage isn't normally that prominent). She's fully clothed and not accidentally exposing anything indecent. Nothing here to merit 'outrage' or 'offense'.
