You don't? Quite a few howls of outrage, as I remember.

As for Chris Farley's appearance in the latest DirecTV adl, I don't
find it particularly offensive; David Spade's comment at the end that
it "never gets old" could be construed as a tribute to his late
friend. But I can understand the discomfort of viewers over seeing a
dead person being treated as though he or she were still around, and
being employed for commercial purposes.
