Longer than that, even. I've seen cable re-runs of "Password Plus", from the period when Tom Kennedy was serving as "guest host" in place of the terminally-ill Allen Ludden, where she made some quips about sleeping with TK because she was so used to "going to bed with the emcee."
I wasn't watching much television back then, but I'd guess that they would have been pretty risque by the standards of daytime television, circa 1980.
