I watched the program last night. Ms. Stanley of the New York Times, in
her review, says:
"He tells Ms. Yamaguchi, whose parents were born in California
internment camps during World War II, that her grandfather enlisted in
the 100th Infantry Division and fought in Europe throughout the war, the
only Japanese-American in his unit."

Actually, according to the program, only one of Ms. Yamaguchi's parents
(her mother) was born in an internment camp. Her father was interned in
a camp in Arizona and her mother was born in a camp in Colorado.
