If you fire someone from a series, must you keep that someone's name
in the show's opening credit sequence? Assuming that is a yes, must
you keep that someone's image in the opening credit sequence?

I ask this as someone still embittered by the writers of "House"
failing to do anything with Jennifer Morrison's character and
ultimately letting her go, as if it was her fault. I still like the
show and still admire the quality of the writing, but her character
added something to the show that the other supporting characters just
haven't replaced, and I'm talking about more than just her good looks.
Everytime I see her name in the credits, and see her walking the hall
at the end of the credits, there is a split second where I think,
"hurray, she's back!"
