On the other hand, this is not "Lunatix Unleashed!," which at least was original stories and animation. This is simply taking library material and making smartass commentary on the soundtrack. (As another interstitial, they're actually doing bits from the shorts redubbed with the current voice actors and with "hipper" music soundtracks.) One can blame "MST3K" for this (along with "AFV," which nowadays is written in part by former "MST3K" writer/performers), but Joel Hogdson and MIke Nelson would not take responsibility for this. (Some are also blaming those "DTV" interstitials from back in the pre-"Hanna Montana" premium channel days of DIS, but I thought those were clever-- and whenever possible they credited the original animators.) -- TV or Not TV ....
