I get the cuts and the Brits need to get spending/budgets under control.
But...why do you hamstring one of your biggest money makers?
Top Gear isn't just the show, there's tons of merchandising and
licensing (same goes for Dr Who). It appears to be cutting their head
off to spite their face.
Altho, I'm sure the Daily Fail readership is THRILLED by this news.
